• Date of birth
• Father's name
• Address
• Details of your last transaction
• Reason why your Mpay has been locked

Step 2: Initiating the Call
Once you're ready with the details, dial the JK Bank helpline number and follow the instructions provided by the customer care representative.

Step 3: Follow the Steps
Upon connecting, proceed with the following steps:

1. Open your Mpay application afresh.
2. Click on the login option as instructed by the customer care representative.
3. You will encounter a new screen where you need to set your security questions. Choose three questions from a list of 18 available questions.
4. Set distinct answers for each question. Examples include "In which district was your father born?" Ensure you remember these answers as they will be required for future transactions.

Step 4: Completion
Once you've completed setting up your security questions and answers, you can now login to your Mpay account without any issues.
